Yes — ProTally is free in Stripe test and sandbox mode. You get access to all features: configure your costs, sync test data, and explore all profit and margin views.
How does ProTally connect to Stripe?
ProTally is a native Stripe App, installed directly from the Stripe App Marketplace. It opens inside your Stripe Dashboard — no OAuth redirect, no separate login, no third-party account to manage.
What Stripe data does it access?
ProTally reads products, prices, subscriptions, invoices, charges, and payment intents — everything needed to calculate revenue and match it against your costs. It is read-only and never writes to your Stripe account.
What cost structures does it support?
You can set a flat cost, a per-unit cost, or a tiered cost (graduated or volume) against each Stripe price. ProTally uses these alongside your Stripe data to calculate true gross profit and margin per product.
Does it work in Stripe test mode?
Yes — ProTally is free in Stripe test and sandbox modes. You can build out your cost configuration and explore the full product before going live.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section inside the ProTally app. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions, no friction.
