1. Use of ProTally

1.1 ProTally is currently provided to users free of charge. However, we reserve the right to change this in the future and may introduce fees or charges for certain features or usage levels.

1.2 You agree not to use ProTally for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of ProTally or the servers and networks connected to ProTally.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To use ProTally, you must register through the Stripe marketplace. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 ProTally and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned or licensed by Tapten Ltd. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 You agree not to modify, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on ProTally or its contents without our prior written permission. You also agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tapten Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of ProTally.

5. Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProTally at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

7. Changes to these Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of ProTally following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
